Payments and Cancellation

What to Expect

  1. Purchases are non-refundable but the payment may be transferred to another session type

  2. (duet or private) or may be transferred to another person.

  3. Payment is required prior to you appointment to reserve the session.

  4. Members are allowed 1-3 roll over sessions per month depending on their membership tier.

  5. Sessions must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24hr in advance.

  6. Late cancellations no-shows will be charged the full session rate.

Arrival and Late Policy

What to Expect

  1. Please arrive no more than 5 minutes before your scheduled session.

  2. Wait in the waiting area until your instructor is ready to welcome you.

  3. Sessions end at the scheduled time, even if a client arrives late.

  4. If the client is more than 15 minutes late, the appointment may be considered. a no-show.

  5. All other policies will be included in new client forms.
