Personalized Pilates for Stronger, more Capable Movement

In each session at Golden Hour Pilates, the approach is thoughtfully tailored to the individual in front of me. Whether you're rebuilding strength after injury, navigating changes in your body, or simply looking for a smarter way to stay strong, sessions are designed to meet you exactly where you are — and help you move forward with confidence.
 
When I began my career I quickly realized my clients didn't just need "Pilates." They needed full body integration, somatic connection to the body, and support that goes beyond standard Pilates practice. Together, we will focus on the foundations that make movement feel better: spinal mobility, organizing the body for efficient movement, and developing sustainable movement patterns to build lasting strength that serves you.
 

The Golden Hour Method is designed to help you unlock your body’s full potential by focusing on the essentials and integrating your practice into real life movement. Each Pilates session encourages you to use your entire body in harmony, fostering strength and resilience that helps prevent injuries and supports you in everything you do.

Private Pilates Sessions

Private sessions offer fully individualized support and guidance. Each 55 minute session is designed around your goals, movement patterns, and physical history.

These sessions are ideal if you want:
- Focused one-on-one attention
- Support navigation pain or injury
- A thoughtful introduction to Pilates and movement
- Deeper understanding of how your body moves
 
Every session blends strength, mobility, and movement education so you leave not only feeling better, but understanding why the work matters and how it supports your life outside the studio.

Semi-Private Pilates

Semi-private sessions are shared between two clients while still maintaining thoughtful, individualized attention. With only two people in the studio at a time, sessions allow for personal guidance while creating a relaxed supportive environment.
You are welcome to schedule with a friend, partner, or family member, or I can help pair you with another student looking for a duet session.
These sessions are idea for those who enjoy a shared experience while still receiving personalized feedback, movement education, and tailored programming.

What to Expect in Your First Session

Your first session is designed to help me understand how your body moves so we can build a program that truly supports you.
Every body is different, so the structure may vary slightly. The goal of your first session is not just to exercise, but to begin to build a deeper understanding of your movement so future sessions can be tailored specifically to you 
During this 55 minute session we will:
 
  • Discuss your movement history, current concerns, previous injuries, and goals.
  • Assess posture and movement patterns to identify areas that need support.
  • Introduce key Pilates principals.
  • Begin working through exercises that help you feel how your body can move more efficiently.
